Consultation & Flexibility Every appointment starts with a full consultation so we can assess your face, talk through your goals, and ensure this is the right treatment plan for you. If you change your mind, your deposit can be refunded. If you book the wrong treatment, don’t worry, we can always adjust your appointment on the day. What’s Included This package combines two of the most effective profile-enhancing treatments: Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty and Chin Filler. Together, they work to balance, define, and elevate your side profile in a subtle but transformative way. Booked individually, these treatments cost £550, but with this package, the price is £370, saving you £180. How It Works Chin Filler plays a key role in balancing the lower face. When the chin is short or recessed, it can throw off your entire facial harmony. Using strategic placement of hyaluronic acid filler, we can project the chin forward, elongate the face slightly, and reduce the appearance of overbites or underbites, creating a more refined, feminine, and youthful side profile. Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty involves placing dermal filler along the bridge of the nose to smooth bumps, create symmetry, and subtly lift the nasal tip. By rebalancing this central feature, we can completely elevate the appearance of your profile, all without surgery or downtime. Products Used We use CE-marked, hyaluronic acid-based fillers such as Revolax, and Nexfill. Each product is selected based on your facial structure and what we’re aiming to achieve during your session. Pain & Downtime A strong numbing cream is applied before treatment, and we use gentle techniques to keep discomfort minimal. Some clients experience mild bruising or tenderness, particularly around the nose and chin, but this usually settles within a few days. Results & Longevity Results from both treatments are visible straight away, with full settling over 1–2 weeks. Chin and nose filler typically last between 9–18 months depending on your metabolism and lifestyle. Cancellation Policy
Ministry of Faces – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the following. These policies are enforced to protect client safety, fairness, and clinic time. Medical Eligibility We cannot treat clients who: • Have had/will have a COVID-19 vaccine within 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after treatment. • Have an active cold sore/oral herpes on the day. • Have taken antibiotics in the last 2 weeks for a facial/oral infection. • Are unwell (cold, flu, virus, infection) or immunocompromised. • Have had facial surgery within 12 months. • Have had chemotherapy or autoimmune medication within 6 months (unless stopped with doctor’s note). • Are deemed unsuitable at our discretion. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee. Treatment Expectations Results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. Dermal fillers are temporary and usually require maintenance every 6–12 months. Some treatments need multiple sessions. Booking & Cancellation • A non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from treatment. • 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule/cancel. One reschedule only; further changes require a new booking and fee. • Less than 72 hours’ notice, lateness (over 5 minutes) or no-shows will forfeit your fee and may incur full treatment cost. • If we don’t receive any notice, the full treatment fee will still apply. • Clients must be 18+ with valid photo ID. Without ID, treatment is cancelled and fee lost. • No children or under-18s are permitted. Arriving with a child cancels the appointment with fee lost. • Bookings are non-transferable and must be in your own name. Payments • Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Payments are processed via PayPal/Stripe and cannot be reversed. Chargeback attempts will be challenged legally. • ClearPay can be used in-clinic to pay balances; a 6% fee applies. Clients must review ClearPay’s terms before use. Media Consent Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing. Consent will be requested before posting identifiable images. Once published, content cannot be withdrawn and no claims can be made. By booking, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.
